At Sterling Manhattan, we are committed to delivering an exceptional level of service for all our clients. To this end, we adhere to a Charter of Service:

  • We'll acknowledge every requirement within 2 hours of issue
  • We'll carry out a detailed requirements briefing with hiring managers within 24 hours of issue
  • We'll submit CVs for your role within 48 hours of requirement issue
  • We'll organise interviews within 24 hours of application feedback
  • We'll provide feedback to all candidates within 48 hours of interview.

We tailor our charter to produce a formal Service Level Agreement for each assignment. This will reflect the level of service that each client requires.
